The service

Abby (abbyproducer.com and app.abbyproducer.com) lets film and video producers create call sheets, distribute them to their cast and crew by email and text message (SMS), and collect attendance confirmations. By creating an account or using an Abby link, you agree to these terms.

Producer responsibilities

• Only add contacts who have given you their contact details and consent to receive production communications for your production.
• Use Abby only for legitimate production coordination, never for marketing blasts, spam, or unlawful content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the call sheets you send.

Messaging

Recipients can reply STOP to any Abby text to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by the recipient's carrier, not by Abby.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or violate messaging regulations or carrier rules.

Disclaimer and liability

Abby is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks and is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abby's liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the latest version always lives at this address, with the date above.
